Eye Glass Program

Community Services for Sight offers a low-cost eyeglass program to individuals on a fixed income. The program is by appointment and requires the individual to have an eye examination and a copy of his or her prescription from the eye care professional. If individuals are unable to afford the cost of the glasses Community Services for Sight will look for funding on their behalf once they have completed an application and have shown proof of all HOUSEHOLD income and HOUSEHOLD expenses.
